Gammon Steak: ผลิตภัณฑ์และสูตรอาหาร
A gammon steak is a thick slice cut from the cured leg. It is salty, meaty and quick: four minutes a side in a hot pan. Snip through the fat edge in a few places first or the steak curls up as it cooks.
Our Gammon, Egg & Chips uses two of them, with a fried egg and chunky chips. Prime Food cures Horseshoe Gammon, 250g per piece, in our own facility in Pattaya.
