Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Defrost in a refrigerator before heating. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by the 'use by' date shown on the pack. Do not refreeze.

Cooking instructions – Microwave (from fully defrosted). Cooking times are a guide and may vary. Remove the sleeve, place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes. If the meal isn't quite done, cook for a few more minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.
