Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze.  

Cooking instructions
Heat the Pan: Place a frying pan on a medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil. 
Add Haggis: Carefully place the frozen haggis slices into the warm pan. 
Fry Slices: Fry the haggis for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side cooking times are a guide times may vary.
Check for Heat: Continue cooking until the haggis slices are browned, crisp, and completely hot all the way through. 
Serve: Remove the haggis from the pan and serve immediately.
