Corned Beef: Our favourite ingredients to cook at home
Tinned corned beef is salt-cured beef, pressed into a block. Chill the tin before you open it and the block comes out whole, ready to break into chunks. It holds its shape in a hot pan just long enough to crisp at the edges.
