Red Onion: Our favourite ingredients to cook at home

Red onion is milder and sweeter than brown onion, so it can be eaten raw. Slice it thinly across the grain for salads and wraps, or roast it in wedges until the edges catch.

It roasts alongside the sausages in our Chicken Sausage & Roasted Vegetable Tray Bake, and goes in raw and sliced in our Chicken Burger in a Lettuce Wrap and our Friday Night Doner Wrap.
