Our gammon is frozen at peak freshness, preserving its natural taste, juiciness, and quality until you are ready to cook. Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C . 
Defrost (in a refrigerator) for a minimum of 8 hours once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze.  

Cooking instructions To Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
To Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or use a little oil, shallow fry and once heated, cook the bacon for 3- 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Times may vary.
