These versatile cod bites are ideal for a wide variety of meals. Storage:: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze.    

Cooking instructions air fryer: to 400°F (205°C). 
Arrange: the frozen cod bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. 
Lightly spray: the basket and the cod bites with a little olive oil to prevent sticking and help them crisp up. 
Cook for 10–12 minutes   Times may vary.
Flip: the cod bites with tongs halfway through the cooking time. 
Check for doneness: The cod should be opaque white and flake easily with a fork. For the most accurate result, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
