Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below- Do not re-freeze once defrosted, 

Cooking instructions Microwave from Frozen are best microwaved straight from your freezer. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Microwave - From Frozen, Remove outer packaging. Pierce bag several times & place bag onto a microwaveable plate Cook on full power. 800w - cook for 2 mins shake gently & cook for a further 2 mins. 900w - cook for 2 mins shake gently & cook for a further 1 1/2 mins. Stand for 1 min. Take care when removing from microwave as plate and bag will be hot. Cut the top of the bag with scissors carefully as hot steam will escape, Caution! This product will contain bones.

Cooking instructions Boil in the Bag from Frozen 12 mins to boil in the bag. Half fill a saucepan of water and bring to the boil. Remove from the carton and place into the saucepan. Return to the boil and simmer for approximately 12 minutes. Carefully remove bag from the saucepan and shake gently. Cut across the top of the bag with scissors and serve immediately. Caution! This product will contain bones.
