Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Defrost (in a refrigerator) overnight Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze. 

Cooking instructions Pan Frying
Preheat the Skillet: Heat a skillet (cast iron or non-stick) over medium-high heat. 
Add the Beef: Place the frozen block of ground beef in the hot pan. 
Cook the First Side: Let the beef cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes to allow the bottom to brown and the heat to begin thawing the other side  
Flip and Scrape: Use a spatula to flip the block of beef, then scrape off the browned, cooked portion and push it to the side of the pan. 
Continue the Process: Repeat the process of flipping, scraping, and breaking the meat into smaller pieces until all the beef is browned and crumbled. 
Season: Add salt, spices, and sauces, then continue to cook until the beef is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). 
Drain (Optional): If there is excessive fat, you can drain it before serving
