Cooking instructions Air frying   from frozen Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) 
Remove the desired amount of frozen meat from the packaging and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 3 minutes, then remove the basket and use tongs to pull apart any frozen clumps. Mix well.
Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for another 2–5 minutes, or until the meat is slightly crispy and piping hot.
Let it stand for 1 minute before serving.
