Cooking Instructions in air fryer

1.     Preheat: your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). 
2.    Place: the seasoned lamb shanks in the air fryer basket. 
3.    Cook: for about 15 to 20 minutes. 
4.    Flip: the lamb shanks over to ensure even cooking. 
5.    Continue: cooking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender and done cooking times are a guide Times may vary.
6.    Check: for desired doneness; the meat should easily pull away from the bone. 
7.    For added moisture and tenderness, you can add liquid like chicken stock to the air fryer during the last part of the cooking process.

·         For best results, ensure the lamb shanks are not overcrowded in the air fryer basket, as this can prevent even cooking.
