Our sliced Handmade White Pudding is a classic white pudding, made to a traditional recipe using fine oatmeal, suet and onions. Our Master Butchers have prepared our White Puddings to the perfect width, to make eating them a pleasure! This white pudding should be gently pan-fried to caramelize each side and can be served as part of a traditional fried breakfast or as an addition to an indulgent evening meal. it is a superb alternative to its cousin There are no hidden preservatives in this incredibly well-rounded White Pudding.

Defrost (in a refrigerator), for about 8 hours Once opened, consume within 24 hours and 'use by’ date shown on pack Do not refreeze. 

Cooking Instructions Air Fryer Cooking times are a guide Times may vary.
1.    Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 180-200°C (356-400°F) for a few minutes.
2.    Arrange Slices: Place the white pudding slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don't overlap.
3.    Cook: Cook for 6-10 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through the cooking time.
4.    Check & Serve: Check the pudding for your desired texture—it should be firm on the outside and soft inside.
5.    Serve: Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving immediately.
